This is the 4Kids Mew Mew Power English Dubbed Intro remastered natively to a clean plate 480p. Sadly Vimeo has compressed this quite noticeably, at least when compared with the source file.

While 480p might not sound impressive to some, not all resolutions are alike, especially for older niche material. The current best copy available is from the South African PAL DVDs which are PAL, interlaced, frame-blended, cropped, and heavily compressed on various scenes, among other issues.

The only thing not "finalized" or "non-genuine" about this faithful and accurate remaster is the lens flare at the end not being perfectly right, as well as the particle explosion on the same scene behind the logo not being the exact right one.
